The hotel chain develops new watering and resource optimisation systems to enhance water efficiency. A team of over 60 people, led by Miquel Ramon, head of the gardening department, and Gabriel Llabrés, landscaper, is working together to adapt Hipotels’ greens spaces to the climate emergency.

Today at Barrosa Palace Hotel in Chiclana de la Frontera, Yoko Experience Sancti Petri opens its doors to the public. This culinary offering is spearheaded by Chef Álvaro Rivera together with Hipotels Hotels & Resorts and comes in the form of a pop-up. It is located in the 5-star hotel’s pool bar and will offer two dinner menus starring Almadraba tuna.

Last Friday. 2 June, Hipotels Mediterráneo 4* hotel in Sa Coma, Majorca has reopened its doors after undergoing aesthetic and technical renovations to improve its facilities. The hotel company is committed to upholding values based on sustainability and comfort. Therefore, the renovations also included the maintenance of energy saving systems and the optimisation of climate control systems.

This week, Hipotels Sherry Park embarks on a new journey with the grand opening of a new culinary offering: “Sherry Vermouth Bar”, which replaces “El Ábaco” restaurant.
This new culinary concept throws out the table with the tablecloth and opts for a more modern approach in which vermouth takes centre stage. The restaurant will offer a
broad range of wines exclusively from the region of Jerez.
