Francisco first arrived in Lanzarote in 1995 and immediately fell in love with the island. “The sea, the land, the peace… I fell in love with everything,” he recalls. A few years later, he left Barcelona to move permanently to Lanzarote. That’s when he heard about the newly opened Hipotels Natura Palace — and that’s where his journey began as a valet.
He’s worked in several departments over the years — restaurants, housekeeping, bars — always ready to help where needed. “I often took on tasks others didn’t want, but for me, they were opportunities to learn and grow.”

For Francisco, every day is a chance to connect with people. “I really enjoy interacting with guests. I’ve met so many different cultures — they all teach you something new,” he says.
